Isn't this a sweet image. I just love the balloon tied to the doggies tail. I colored the image with Marvy markers to look like my DD (Abby) and our dog Lady. The DP is Heidi Grace Designs and the cs is from my stash. I added some glitter to the crown, candlelight and balloon for some sparkle.
