Happy Halloween Eve

Happy Halloween Eve everyone.  I hope you're all enjoying your day and getting ready for all the fun tomorrow.  To help get the mood going I thought I would share some treats I made for a Halloween party we're going to tonight as well as a few more Halloween cards I've made.

First, I made these matchbook cover treat holders with some skittles inside.  I made about 30 of them, that was fun.  (If you count the ones I made my daughter for school and my sisters from out of town I made about 70 of them all together.)  The paper I bought from a local store and is locally made, but I'm not sure the company name.  For the circles I used some Halloween sentiments I got as a freebie from Robin's Artful Musings.  They were fun to work with and worked perfect for the covers of these treat holders.

Next, I made between 30 and 60 of these peppermint pattie covers.  (I also made another 99 for my mom to take to work.)  Again I used the sentiments from Robin and also the Boo to You set from Stampin Up.  I've had a lot of fun making all these things for the holiday celebrations.  I can't wait to see the reactions tonight and to hear what my mom has to say when she takes them to work tomorrow.

Now I would like to share a few more last minute cards I've made.  The image for this first one is from Mo's Digital Pencil.  Isn't it a fun image.  The little dog reminds me of my doxie dog, I couldn't resist coloring it to match her.  The ribbon I bought at Wal Mart and the paper is the same from above.  I love it and it seems to work well with a lot of things.

For the next one I used the same paper and the Mind Your Mummy image and sentiment from Raindrop Echo Design.  What a fun image.  I cute the mummy and the image apart and then colored the image green and highlighted a few areas on the mummy just to give it a little pop.  I think it worked really well against the background.

This one was fun.  The image is from Robyn's Fetish.  I had fun coloring her.  I thought it would be fun to make her bright and cheerful.  The papers came from Wal Mart and the sticker is from Recollections.

Ok, one more.  The image on this one is from Digital Delights.  What a fun image.  I wrote the sentiment on there.  The papers here are from Walmart and somewhere locally (can't remember).

Well, that is all I have for now.  I hope you have enjoyed a little Halloween fun.  Have a spooky time tomorrow.
