...well, almost. I am so far behind in my Christmas cards this year and there's only 12 more days 'til Christmas. I finally made myself sit down while watching some TV with my hubby and get some cards done. I managed to make 20 cards. Woohoo!! I'll share them with you over the next few days. Now the challenge is to get them in the mail.
So, here is the first set of 4 cards...
I used this fun Snowfriends image at Bugaboo Stamps the other day and thought it would be perfect for some quick cards I could do in multiples. The image comes with and without a sentiment. For this card I printed it without and used some metallic stickers to put Merry Christmas on there. I colored the image with Bic Markits and added some clear and red stickles to the snow and holly berries. The DP is from the $.97 rack at Wal Mart.

I also wanted to share something fun my kids did at a party we went to yesterday. They were each given a baggie with a DVD case, 2 squared of fabric, a piece of cardstock and some papers. They glued one square of fabric to the piece of cardstock, folded the top of the other piece over and glued it down over the first piece to for a pocket and then glued the whole thing down inside the DVD case. Then they each chose a piece of DP to slip in as the cover of their case and used some foam alpha stickers to put their names on the front.
Here's the finished front of one of them.
Here is the inside. The pencils and papers from the baggie were put in to keep them all organized. What a great idea. I'm going to have them keep these to use for church or in the car when we're travelling.
Thanks for visiting. Have a great day.
