Good morning! We're on our last week of the Ribbon and/or Lace challenge at the Crafter's Cafe Challenge Blog. Here is what I've made for inspiration using one of the great images from our sponsor Digital Delights by Louby Loo.
I colored the image with BIC Markits. I embossed the blue cardstock with my Happy Birthday Cuttlebug folder. The ribbon and balloon brads are from my stash.
