Card Pattern challenge card

Here is my card for this weeks Card Patterns Sketch challenge, which is being sponsored by The Stamping Boutique.  This is Audrey in a heart by The Stamping Boutique.  Isn't she sweet.  I just love this image.  I colored the image with Marvy Markers.  The hearts on the sides were cut from some Martha Stewart DP and the other DP was from my stash.  The cs is World Win and the ribbon and gem were also from my stash.
