Birthday fun from some sweethearts and a challenge card

Good morning everyone.  I hope you're all enjoying your Friday.  Today I thought I would share a card and some pictures my kids did for me Wed. for my birthday.  They're so sweet.

Here is the card my 9yo daughter made for me.  She did the whole thing herself.  She watches and pays attention when mom works.  Isn't it sweet.  The image is a free one I got for my birthday from Sew Many Cards and her name is Cammie with cupcake.  Aren't they sweet?  She colored the image with Sharpies.  The DP is from Stampin Up, I let her raid my stash.  The stickers were some she got from a friend for her birthday and are by Provo Craft.  She has so much fun playing with mom's "toys", she's always asking to make a card.  I'm going to put her to work this week making some Valentine's for Cards for Kids (see sidebar).  These kiddos can use some cheering up.

Next, I'd like to share the picture my 6yo son colored for me.  This is Duncan on mushroom from Sew Many Cards.  Isn't he a cutie.  My son has a thing with using black when he colors.  He was so cute and when he was done he made sure to write everyones names at the bottom of the paper for me.

This one is from my 5yo daughter.  She colored Toga Spring from Sew Many Cards.  This turtle is ready for spring to get here and so am I.  The picture next to it, my daughter says, is me on my birthday and below the turtle is me swimming.  She has quite an imagination.  These were fun to recieve from my cute kiddies.  They were so excited to do it and hid them from me until they were done.

Ok, now I'll share a card I made for the Michelle Perkett challenge on PCP.  This week was a sketch challenge and is open until Tuesday.  This will be the last challenge on PCP as we are moving to the new Challenge blog next week.  I'm so excited.  This image is Queen of Hearts Birthday Girl from Michelle Perkett.  Although for this card I kind of made her for Valentine's day.  I love when a stamp can be versatile.  I colored her with Marvy markers and the heart shaped glitter is from Martha Stewart.  The DP is also Martha Stewart.  The ribbon is some I won.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a nice day.
