Here is my card using the Critter Punnies stamp set.
I used the Critters in the Dog Park stamp set and the Party Balloons dies from Lawn Fawn. The image is colored with Bic Markits. The DP is DCWV. I used a pigma micron pen to draw the balloon strings.
