The Crafter's Cafe Holiday Open House

This is going to be a long post, so please bear with me.  :)

Hello!!  I'm a little behind getting this up, but starting today we will be having our Holiday Open House at The Crafter's Cafe.  There are challenges that were posted this morning, games that will be played all week, each day there will be a door prize and lots of chatting.  We hope you'll all hop over and join us.

Now for a little inspiration...

Aletha from Get Hippity with Ippity is sponsoring the BINGO game that I will be hosting this week.  Be sure to visit our sponsors and leave them a little love for their generocity.  Here is a star ornament I made using the Season of Joy Ippity set...

For the inside I used some Stampin Up ink to stamp one of the bigger snowflakes, then I used one of the smaller ones in the corners.  I love how it turned out in the middle.

For the outside I used the emboss resist technique with a couple of the smaller snowflakes, then some Stampin Up ink.

Here is what it looks like all folded up.  I used another of the bigger snowflakes and some star rhinestones from my stash.  The ribbon and bead are also from my stash.

Our Token game that will run for the week is being sponsored by The Stamping Boutique.  Here is a little inspiration I made using the Sweet Angel Smoochie image.

Here is the front of the card.  I colored the image with BIC Markits and Copics.  The DP is DCWV, the seam binding is from JLJ Designs and the gems are from my stash.

Here is the open card.  I made a Post-it Easel card.

Here is some inspiration for the challenges...
So, What is Hybrid challenge, sponsored by JLJ Designs and Wendybird Designs.

We were given treat holder templates from Wednybird Designs to work with and the DP I used is from JLJ Designs.  The twine and snowman embellishment are from my stash.

The Thank You challenge is being sponsored by Jellypark Friends.

I used the image that is being offered as a freebie for this challenge.  I colored the image with BIC Markits and Copics.  The DP is DCWV and the seam binding is from JLJ Designs.

This is another Post-it easel card.  Here it is opened.

Make it Crafty is sponsoring our Inspired by challenge...

The design team used the Make it Crafty gallery to get their inspiration and I used this card by Sheila for mine.    I colored the image with BIC Markits.  The DP is Making Memories.  The seam binding is from JLJ Designs and the gems are from my stash.  I used a MS punch for the strip under the seam binding.

The Birthday Challenge is being sponsored by Robyn's Fetish and the Recycle It challenge is being sponsored by Stitchy Bear Stamps.  I have not finished my projects for these 2 challenges yet, but will work on them and post them later this week.

I hope you'll pop over to The Crafter's Cafe and join in all the fun.
