Hello! I don't know how I missed sharing this card I made a few days ago. I just love this new Fairy Cynthia image from The Stamping Boutique.
Doesn't she look like she's enjoying herself sitting on that cloud with the rainbow? I colored the image with BIC Markits and Copics. I added some Hero Arts Prisma Glitter to the wings and some fun flock to the clouds to add some fluff. The DP is from Bird's Cards.
