A birthday card and It's circus day

Good morning!!  I'm so glad blogger is back up and running.  I have a birthday card to share with you today.  I made this for my sisters birthday last weekend and forgot to take a pic, so I had to get it from her and take on quickly.  It's a little fuzzy, but you can still see all the elements.

This pig image is from The Stamping Boutique.  My sister really likes pigs.  I colored the image with Copics and BIC Markits.  The DP is Making Memories.  The gems are from my stash and the sentiment is computer generated.  I added some faux stitching around the edges.

Today is the day all first graders in our little town look forward to each year.  It's time for the First Grade Circus.  They have so much fun with it.  Here is my daughter in her circus outfit for the morning performance.  I'll share more pics tomorrow as we are going to the evening performance.

For her hair I bought a flower barrette from Family Dollar and added some red stickles around the petal edges for some sparkle.  She was excited to wear it.

Thanks for looking.  Have a great day.

And your little piggie is perfect! (-:
