Stef's Sketch Challenge 7

It's time for another fab sketch from Stef at The Stamping Boutique.  I chose this great dragon image from The Stamping Boutique to make my card with.  How sweet.  I colored the image with Marvy markers.  The DP is Stampin Up and the cs came from World Win.  The sentiment is a rub on from MSE.  Wouldn't it make a sweet baby card?
