More challenge cards and one for fun.

Well, I missed yesterday.  I had a day full of getting kids to school, taking the baby to get her flu shot, which they didn't give her and then she had 2 therapy apts yesterday afternoon.  Busy day!
I want to wish those of you here in the States a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow.  Today I have a couple of fun cards to share.  The first was for a challenge on Phindy's Place on PCP.  I need to get better at posting these on time for the challenges.  I got it in to PCP, just not on my blog.  The other was for a challenge on Michelle Perketts PCP page.

The challenge for this one was to add sparkle.  The image was a freebie for the challenge.  This was a fun image to work with.  I added some Stampendous Crystal Snow glitter to the wings and Stickles gold glitter glue to the stars and halo.  Isn't she sweet?  I'm not sure where the DP came from, it was given to me from someone's stash.  The stars were from Wal Mart and the ribbon, I think came on a gift or something.  I used my Bic Markits and Sharpies to color the image.

For this challenge we were to use blue, green white and a splash of red.  This image was a freebie on the PCP group a couple weeks ago and I thought it was a good one for the challenge.  I used Stampendous Crystal Snow glitter on the stars.  I used my Stampin Up Brocade Blue ink to sponge the background blue.  The snowflake overly is from Making Memories and the fiber was a DI find.  I used my Bic Markits and Sharipies to color the gift.  All other papers came from Wal mart.

Since, I missed yesterday due to too many apts with the baby, I will add one more card for fun.  The image on this one is from Sewn Together.  Isn't he cute?  I love little polar bears.  The DP is from Me and My Big Ideas.  I made the snowflakes with a Martha Stewart Snowflake punch.  The rhinestones came from Wal Mart.  I colored the image with my Bic Markits.
Well, that's all I have today.  I will be skipping tomorrow due to it being Thanksgiving here.  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a nice day.
