I used the Hooked on Love image from Robyn's Fetish. The image is colored with Sharpies. For the background I used a chevron print card base from Pebbles. The paper strip is DCWV. I used a Spellbinders die for the heart circle. The gems are from my stash and the sentiment is Cardz TV.
