A Spoon Full of Sugar #100

Here is my entry for challenge #100 at A Spoon Full of Sugar.  The theme for this challenge is Happy Birthday in honor of Debbie's birthday.  I had fun with this card.
Isn't this a fun image.  It's on of my favorites from Whimsy Stamps.  I colored the image with Marvy markers.  The DP is from Target and the cs is World Win.  The Happy Birthday brad is from my stash.  The ribbon is Stampin' Up.
