Eggstra Special Easter

Hello!  I have another fun Easter card to share with you using some more Lawn Fawn goodies.  It feels good to be able to be getting crafty again, even if I have to do it in short spurts between taking care of the baby and the rest of my family.

I used the Scalloped Pop Up Box Card die for my base.  To make the grass I used the Grassy Border die.  The images are from the Egg-stra Special Easter set and the sentiment is from the Easter Punnies set from Cardz TV.  The DP is from the Really Rainbow paper pad.

I'm still working on figuring out placement so you can see all the elements better, but I think it turned out cute. 

The nice thing about this card is that it folds up to fit inside a standard A2 envelope.

Easter Shadow Box Card

Hello!  I'm here with a couple of fun Easter cards.  I've been playing with the Lawn Fawn shadow box card die again.  I'm loving this die, and some other new dies that I'll be sharing with you also.

 I used the Eggstra Special Easter set and dies for the images.  I colored them with Bic Markits.  I haven't added a sentiment yet, I'm not sure if I will, or if I'll just leave as is.

 Aren't those bunnies fun, and I love the jelly beans.

Tons of Love

Hello!  I have a bit of a late Valentine share for you today.  I've been a little sick this past week and had to sick kiddos too.  This is the card I made my hubby for Valentine's Day.

 I used the shadow box card dies and the Love You Tons stamp and die sets from Lawn Fawn.  The flowers are from another Lawn Fawn set.  I colored the flowers and elephants with Bic Markits.

 This is my first time using this die and I think it's going to be a lot of fun to use on future cards.

 I made a matching envelope using my envelope punch board.  The card isn't A2, so I measured it and chose the closest envelope size.  It's fits very nicely.

Happy Valentine's Day

Hello!  I hope you're all having a wonderful Valentine's Day.  I have some fun projects to share with you today.  My son needed some Valentine's for his teacher, aids and van driver, so I came up with a little treat to help him out.  I tried to get him to do some of it, but he was content to let me do all the work.  :)  He chose all the colors and stamps that I used.

I used my pillow box punch board to make these cute little pillow boxes.  The panda and heart stamps are from a couple of Lawn Fawn sets and the sentiment is Cardz TV.

Here are all 6 of the boxes he needed.  We filled them with some Hershey's Kisses and there you have a fun little treat.

Hedgehugs

Hello!  Sorry I've been MIA again, my family and I have been fighting the nasty gunk that everyone seems to be getting for a few weeks.  I hope we're done with it now.  I'm back again with a fun card.

Skinny treat boxes

Good morning!  I have some more treat boxes to share with you today.  These are so fun to make.

I got the idea from Intatwyne Designs on YouTube.  The DP is Echo Park.  The fuzzy fibers are from Hobby Lobby.  The reindeer stickers are from my stash.

The top opens so you don't have to tear the box apart to get the treats out.

Treat boxes

Hello!  I've been having fun crafting while the baby naps and plays with the other kids.  I have some fun treat boxes to share.

 I made these cracker boxes with lids.  The DP is Echo Park.  The fuzzy "ribbon" is from Hobby Lobby and the reindeer are from my stash.  The sentiment Lawn Fawn.

The lid can even be a separate box to add another little treat or trinket.  I found a tutorial for this on Linda Parker's YouTube channel.

Wreath do-over

Good morning!  Last year I thought I'd try making my own wreath for the door, well the poor thing didn't quite survive the past year in storage, so I decided to have a do-over.  Here is what I came up with.  I'm not sure yet if I'm done, it seems to be missing something, but this is what I have so far.

I don't remember where I bought the main wreath, probably Wal-Mart or Michaels.  The ornaments are some that have been in my stash of Christmas decorations for years.  I used hot glue to attach the ornaments to the wreath.

I also thought I'd share a candy cane wreath my daughter made last week.

Merry Christmas

Good morning!  I've been getting crafty again.  I can't believe it's Dec. 5 and I'm still working on my Christmas cards.  Yikes.  Here's what I've been working on over the past couple of weeks between sick kids and school stuff.

I did some of these last year as well, but I love these shadow box cards by Lori Whitlock.  I cut them out on my Cricut.  The sentiment is CardzTV.  I tried a few different colors, but I think the Pine Needles distress ink turned out the best.

I'm trying to come up with ways to embellish these a little.  Not that they need it, but I love adding a little glitter and shine.

Good morning!  Are you all ready for Halloween tomorrow?  I know I am.  We've been doing fun stuff all weekend to celebrate.  I was also able to get in some crafty time and have some projects to share with you over the next 2 or 3 days.  Yay.

Hello crafty friends.  It's been a while since I posted.  I've been a little busy getting used to having a new baby in the house again.  She's a month old now and we're starting to get into somewhat of a routine.
